Return Conditions
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Perishable goods, opened food, and hygiene products cannot be returned
How to Return an Item
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
